    Take control of your project documents with ReproMAX DFS, our powerful online document management solution that will forever change the way you do business.     Architects, Engineers and other project members can use DFS Pro to share a wide variety of Design Documents. The tool allows any file to be quickly and easily submitted to a DFS project folder using a local windows based application. The user simply drags the file from Windows to the appropriate DFS Folder in the DFS Pro application. The file will be copied via the internet where it is available for other users to view, print, check-out or download. The DFS Pro application provides full version control for all files shared and prevents users from accidentally deleting shared files. This offers significant benefits when compared to traditional FTP or VPN based file sharing.

Construction superintendents or on site project managers can use DFS Pro to keep all project members informed during the construction phase of a project. The onsite users can quickly upload photographs, videos, reports or site documents so that all project users can have access to the documents within minutes.
    Your DFS product can also be integrated with your in-house Prolog application. This seamless integration combines the document management features of DFS with the project management capabilities of Prolog to create one, dynamic project control solution - automating all aspects of the construction project. As a result, critical information such as projects, documents, specifications, bid packages, RFI's, bid analyses, users, and contacts can be synchronized between the Prolog and DFS systems.
