Document Control via DFS

BarkerBlue utilizes the DFS Portal as our Document Control platform. Our Digital Asset Department sets up custom project portals in which your team members have access to the very latest versions of your documents, when and where needed. Notification and tracking capabilities ensures process integrity and version control. All of your documents, scans, and other media are always available for access and download via the project’s secure portal.

Our DFS platform hosts and manages data in various formats and currently holds over 11,000 different projects. We accept data in all native formats and convert to an all-PDF workflow (or any other file type of preference) for collaboration and project management functions. This allows searching, viewing, and tracked downloading for each separate file facilitating distribution, team notifications and information tracking.

All of your project documents will always be accessible through other platforms of your choice via custom linking.
